Reviews and Reputation are in the Guests & Marketing group. You see them with permission to view guests; to reply, add or import reviews you need permission to manage guests. On a phone, reviews are also in the staff app.

Where reviews come from

In the import window, Booking.com and Airbnb show “This source is not supported yet”: there is no need to import them, they arrive on their own through the channel manager.
Gridbeds does not send guests a post-stay survey yet. To ask for a review, make an automation rule on Days After Check-out, with the Marketing purpose and a link to your review page.

Reviews

Guest Reviews has the statistics at the top and the filters Platform, Minimum Rating, Sentiment, Response Status (With Response, Without Response) and Featured. On each review:
  • Respond to Review → Submit Response. For a review that came from a channel, the reply goes back to the channel;
  • editing;
  • Feature this review — featured reviews show first.
Add review records by hand a review received elsewhere: the guest, the property, the name shown on the platform, the text, the rating, whether it is public and whether it is featured.

Reputation

Reputation Dashboard shows a score out of 100, the breakdown by platform and the negative reviews without a reply, with Respond Now. Import reviews:
1

Choose the source

CSV file or Google, and the property.
2

Google

Google API key — your Google Places API key. “The property must have a Google Place ID saved, otherwise the import returns nothing.”
3

CSV

The file with the columns shown under Expected columns.
4

Import

At the end you see how many reviews were imported and how many were skipped (those already there).
Dashboard → Quality shows the same figures, month by month — see Analytics.

Rating guests

The other way round, you can rate a guest after departure: Rate Guest → Submit Rating. Ratings are private, for the team, and show on the guest’s profile under Ratings you gave this guest, next to Reviews this guest left.
